5. 應力消除:機內隨機標配軸承式矯直器，確保消除應力。

7. 轉數:Max3560(捻)，根據線的規格調整轉速，推薦使用轉速為QA型Max2480(捻)、ZA型Max3180(捻)。
8. 排線裝置:采用光桿排線器，排線距0—20mm之間調整。
9. 收卷裝置:采用磁粉離合器和PLC的結合，使收線張力始終保持恒定的自控狀態。
